Add the pork ribs and stir well. You can also put the lid on the plastic box and give it a good shake if it closes really well. Store the box in the fridge for several hours or preferably overnight.

When your BBQ is not too hot, so after cooking your beef and lamb, put the ribs on it. Don't cook any of the onions or they will burn quickly, but do keep the marinade for later! This is the best bit and will make an incredible gravy for the ribs or sausages if you're cooking them too ;-)

Because of the olive oil in the marinade and the fat from the pork you are likely to have some flames. If this happens, quickly remove the ribs and put them somewhere else on the barbecue, where it's not as hot. You can always spray a bit of water into the BBQ to calm it down.

Cook the ribs on medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes constantly turning them over. They need to be nicely brown, cooked all the way through but still juicy inside. The marinade will help with that ;-)

10 minutes before the ribs are cooked, pour the marinade into a saucepan and cook it on medium heat for 10 minutes. You can do that on the stove or in a corner of your BBQ, like in the picture below. Be careful not to burn your handle or hand though!
